Message from the CEO

Many thanks for visiting our brewery.We have been brewing Japanese rice wine (sake) for nearly 130 years, and now, despite the tragedy of the earthquake, we have made a strong comeback in a new place.
Now we brew our sake with the number one water in Japan as a only brewery which locates in the capital of Fukushima.
We now brews two sake series- one is “Akabeko”, which is a representative  and traditional culture of Fukushima prefecture. These sake tastes very clear but has fruity flavor. Next series is “Yukiusagi no Sato”, whchi is also representative culture in Fukushima city. These sake has milkly favor with rice.
Finally, we will do our best to ensure that our sake conveys the wonders of water, rice and the harmony of people in Japan.
