A medium-bodied sake which has a very good balance o mellow flavor and taste of rice.

Series”Yukiusagi no Sato”
In Fukushima, there is a famous mountain named “Mt. Azuma-kofuji”little Fuji””.
Every year, when the snow in the mountains begins to melt in spring, a snow rabbit appears in the same place.
So we call our place as ”Yukkiusagi no Sato”, means “The old home of snow rabbit”.
This snow rabbit is the sign to start cultivation.
In this series, we brewed sake with slightly milky flavor which images snow rabbit.
